Microsoft Office 365 Account Locked: What if I don't have an account to get a recovery?

Microsoft Office 365 Account Locked: What if I don't have an account to get a recovery?

Accounts may be locked for different purposes, such as several occasions when you type in the incorrect login information. If an account with Office 365 is closed, no one can sign in. The only remedy is to authenticate the credentials and test them for entry to the account.
If you don't have an email for recovery, you will go through a series of measures to get back into your account. Until doing so, however, bear in mind these tips to ease the process of account recovery:
1. Use a computer you used to sign in when trying to get your account back. Microsoft accepts IP addresses for the device.
2. Microsoft's questions may or may not apply to you. Make sure you answer as many as possible of the questions. It is better to conjecture and be close than to leave an unanswered question.
3. The email you are seeking must be a working account. Microsoft does not use this email for commercialization purposes. This email is only intended to provide you with the results of your request for recovery.

Fill out the Recovery Form

Microsoft recovery

The recovery form for Office 365 is a series of questions about your account, including related information that Microsoft thinks only the true administrator or organization would know about. Here are the steps you should take:
1. Go to live.com/acsr
2. Enter the account information you are trying to recover for.
3. Enter a working email address that can be used by Microsoft to contact you.
4. Verify that email address by sending a code to that particular email address.
5. Several questions on yourself and the account will be put to you. To help assess the situation better, please fill in as much information as you can.
6. Send form for recovery
Note: The process of recovering your account will not work if the administrators have enabled two-step verification. Two-step verification is designed to prohibit anybody trying to access your account, regardless of how much information they know about it. If that is the case, contact your administrator.
