Reset your Norton Setup account password
If you have lost your password or do not remember your password, Norton Setup lets you set a new password for your Norton Setup account.
If you have received a notification that your NortonSetup account password has been changed but the change was not authorized, immediately reset your password, and contact Norton Support.
Open your browser and go to Forgot Password page.
In the Having Trouble Signing In? page, enter your email address. Make sure that the email address you enter is the same as the one that you used to make your Norton product purchase or to create your account.
Click
.Norton sends you an email with reset password instructions to your email address.
If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes check your spam or junk folders. You may not receive a recovery email if there is no account under that email address. The password recovery emails from Norton Setup have the following details:
From: norton@nortonlifelock.com or nortonaccount@norton.com.
Subject: Reset Your Norton Password
If you still cannot locate the email, then you might have used a different email to create your Norton Setup account. If your email account is not active, you need to create a new Norton Setup account or contact Member Services and Support.
Open the email and click the

Type a new password for your Norton Setup account.
