Your license is automatically stored in your Norton account if you buy your subscription from the Norton Online Store or if you have already activated your product. You can also follow these steps if you did not download and install the Norton Setup product after your purchase from the Norton Online Store.
Start Norton.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click .
In the Norton product main window, click

from the activation alert.If you get a sign-in prompt, provide your Norton account credentials and sign in.
Your subscription is automatically activated.
If you have used up your licenses, you can transfer a license from an unused device to another at ease.
Norton does not show correct subscription days
Sign In to Norton.
If you are not signed in to Norton already, you will be prompted to sign in. Type in your email address and password for Norton, and click
.In the My Norton window, click .
If you do not see an active subscription to download, it is likely that you are not signed into the correct account. Sign in using the correct email address and password and then try again.

.Do one of the following depending on your browser:
For Internet Explorer: Click
.For Firefox or Safari: On the top-right corner of the browser, click the Download option to view the downloaded files, and double-click the file that you downloaded.
For Chrome: On the bottom-left corner, double-click the file that you downloaded.
If the User Account Control window appears, click .
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
If your Norton product displays an incorrect number of days remaining, you may not have installed the correct Norton product. This might be because you purchased a new license or upgraded to a different plan at the time of renewal.
