You can change your Norton account password at any time the Norton which have been downloaded from Norton.com/setup

Change your password via Norton.com/setup

1. Sign in to Norton.

2. Under Email address and password, click the edit icon next to Password.

3. In the Change Password window, in the Current Password box, type your existing password.

4. In the New Password box, type your new password.

5. In the Confirm Password box, type your new password again.

6. Click Change Password.

If you have lost your password or do not remember your password, Norton lets you set a new password for your Norton account.

If you have received a notification that your Norton account password has been changed but the change was not authorized, immediately reset your password, and contact Norton Support.

Reset your password via Norton.com/setup

1. Open your browser and go to the Forgot Password page.

2. In the Having Trouble Signing In? page, enter your email address. Make sure that the email address you enter is the same as the one that you used to make your Norton product purchase or to create your account.

3. Click Continue.

   Norton sends you an email with reset password instructions to your email address.

   If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes check your spam or junk folders. You may not receive a recovery email if there is no account under that email address. The password recovery emails from Norton have the following details:

   • From: https://quicksolvo.com/norton-com-setup/ or 

   • Subject: Reset Your Norton Password

   If you still cannot locate the email, then you might have used a different email to create your Norton account. If your email account is not active, you need to create a new Norton account or contact Member Services and Support.

4. Open the email and click the Recover Account button.

   If your email account is not active, contact us at Member Services and Support.

5. Type a new password for your Norton account.

6. Click Update Password.

7. Click Continue to access your Norton account.
