How to build webmail on Roadrunner

You have built a net spectrum account but don't know how to create an email from the roadrunner? Here's how to do it.

Go to the public official net spectrum website

Using your username and password to sign in to the account

Click on build username and complete the registration if you don't have an account

Upon logging in to your net spectrum account, go to the menu and press Manage Account option

Then pick the internet and click on the choice to build an email address

You should see a prompt and get information about your email

Select Build mailbox now and enter the password.

This is how you can use a spectrum net to create your webmail. This was formerly known as Time Warner Cable Email or roadrunner fax.

Forgotten email address on Roadrunner

If you have forgotten your RR email address you can easily recover it. Follow the following steps to:

Go to webmail bandwidth login page

Click on Address Forgotten? Link

A page will open with the username retrieval tool.

Enter your mobile number with 10 digits in the box and click on submit

Upon validation of your phone number, you can retrieve the username of your account.

You can find it on the bill or invoice provided to you in case you don't remember the phone number associated with the roadrunner or TWC email.

Want to know how your email password can be reset? Here are just a few simple steps:

Go to webmail page on the spectrum

Tap on password forgotten email connection

A new page will open, with two options

Pick "I do not know email address to reset the password".

You'll be asked to enter the email address associated with your account when you click on that

Type it in and press submit to check your account

Follow the instructions on the screen and reset your password with success
