How To Automatically Forward Emails From Outlook.Com To Roadrunner Email login page?

 

Email forwarding is a feature that allows you to send important emails from Outlook to any of the email services, which include the Roadrunner email login page as well. If you want to set up automatic forwarding of all Outlook emails or mail that meets your specific requirements, you can easily do this via the Outlook.com web interface. Forwarding emails from Outlook.com

Through the Outlook.com Web platform, you can set a filter that automatically adjusts the forwarding of messages to an address you specify. To do this, you can use two tools, which we’ll discuss in a moment.

If you want to forward all the mail you receive to another email, what you need to do is click on the gear icon, which you will find in the upper right corner, on the main Outlook.com screen. After that, in the box that is shown to you, select the item View all Outlook settings, to open a new panel.

In the sidebar, now select the items Mail> Forwarding and, if prompted, enter the password associated with your Outlook account. Now, in the panel that is shown to you, enable the Enable forwarding checkbox and enter the email address to which to forward all the mail you receive, via the text box Forward email to.

If you want to keep a copy of the messages forwarded to Outlook.com, also check the ‘Keep a copy of forwarded messages’ box. Now you only need to press the Save button at the top right to confirm the activation of this rule, which will forward all the e-mail you receive to Outlook to an e-mail address you indicated.

As an alternative to the solution, we proposed to you in the previous lines, you could activate a filter for forwarding emails that meet certain requirements, using the Outlook Rules tool. Then press on the gear icon located at the top right and choose the item View all Outlook settings from the box that opens.

Now, in the panel you are viewing, select the items Mail> Rules and press the Add new rule button. At this point, in field 1, indicate a name to be assigned to the rule, while in field 2 you must indicate the condition for forwarding to take place. For example, you can choose whether to forward all messages (Apply to all messages) or those coming from specific contacts entering the sender’s email address in the box to the side.

At this point, in field 3, select the option ‘Forward to’ and ‘indicate’, in the box next to it, the email address of the recipient who will receive the messages. Then, you don’t have to press the Save button at the top to confirm the creation of the rule.

From this moment on, all the messages that satisfy the rule, you configured will be automatically sent to the email address you indicated.
